Hello, I am Dr. Ritika, a Rehabilitation Psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) – CRR No. A107992. I currently working as a Rehabilitation Psychologist with experience working across all age groups. My work involves providing psychological support through counseling and evidence-based interventions for a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, family issues, anger management, and mood disorders such as bipolar disorder.

In my clinical practice, I also work with individuals dealing with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), dementia, ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, hoarding behavior, and substance use disorders (including alcohol and drug addiction). I conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for IQ, memory, attention, and developmental conditions, and provide daily therapeutic exercises to support cognitive and emotional well-being.

In addition to one-on-one therapy, I facilitate group counseling, offer parenting support, and address a variety of behavioral challenges through structured intervention strategies. My approach is grounded in empathy, scientific knowledge, and a commitment to ethical mental healthcare.
