Hello, my name is Priyakshi, and I am a counselling psychologist with a passion for helping individuals achieve emotional well-being. With a strong belief in the power of therapy, my approach is eclectic, drawing from various therapeutic interventions to create a personalised and effective treatment plan for each individual I work with. In my practice, I specialise in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) for a major part of my practice. I aim to empower individuals to overcome challenges, enhance their self-awareness, and improve their overall quality of life. I have also been trained to specialise in analysing non verbal cues and understanding criminal behavior, working closely with law enforcement agencies.
