I am a dedicated and compassionate mental health therapist with over 4 years of experience in the field. With a genuine passion for helping individuals overcome emotional and psychological challenges, I am committed to providing high-quality care and support to my clients.


I hold an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from Gujarat Forensic Sciences University, which has provided me with a strong theoretical foundation in various therapeutic approaches. I am well-versed in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-based interventions, among others.


Throughout my career, I had the privilege of working with diverse clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, both nationally and internationally.

I possess expertise in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.


I firmly believe in a collaborative and client-centered approach to therapy. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can freely explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. By tailoring evidence-based interventions to meet each individual's unique needs, I empower clients to develop effective coping strategies, build resilience, and achieve their therapeutic goals.
