I have done my Masters in Counselling Psychology and Postgraduate diploma in Professional Counseling and Psychotherapy.I am an Internationally accredited CBT, REBT and ACT practitioner. As a therapist I use an eclectic approach tailored to my clients needs and help them with issues like Stress, Anxiety, Symptoms of Depression and Relationship issues . By providing a safe space for my clients I create an environment where they can express themselves without being judged.It gives me immense pleasure when I am able to use my skills to motivate and help people who are struggling with themselves.
