I am a trained counselling psychologist and psychotherapist and hypnotherapist. I have a PG Diploma in counselling and therapy , PG diploma in clinical hypnotherapy and PhD in psychology from MS university of Baroda( 2016). I have received an ICSSR fellowship for my Doctoral work. I have worked in different fields related to mental health, parenting , wellness and education in the past 12 years. Presently practising privately psychotherapy in Bangalore.

 

I am an empathetic and compassionate person. I use client centered psychotherapy coupled with mind body approaches to help clients achieve deep healing and transformation. I provide a safe, non judgmental space where clients can learn how to have secure relationships with self, others and life. I believe that healing can happen with inner wisdom."
