Within a safe space in sessions, you will encounter a diverse blend of Cognitive-Behavioural and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) techniques. These will be complemented by Mindfulness, Solution-Focused and Motivational Interviewing approaches, all contributing to your journey of healthy and sustained recovery.
