I am an advocate for a whole-body, holistic treatment approach designed to meet your unique needs, encompassing both body and mind.
When feelings of suffering arise in your life, I encourage you to approach them with an open and curious spirit, within a compassionate and mindful atmosphere.
Within a safe space in sessions, you will encounter a diverse blend of Cognitive-Behavioural and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) techniques. These will be complemented by Mindfulness, Solution-Focused and Motivational Interviewing approaches, all contributing to your journey of healthy and sustained recovery.
