Hi there,

I am a counselling psychologist, psychotherapist, and cognitive behaviour hypnotherapist. I work with individuals and couples to find clarity and learn emotion regulation to live life without regret. My personal and professional journey makes me passionate about empowering individuals (neurotypical and neurodivergent) to be the best version of themselves. I use an integrative therapy approach based on Positive Psychology, which focuses on both mind and body. Some issues I work with are related to anxiety, depression, a behavioural related disorder, and trauma-related issue. I also work with individual who wants to enhance their performance and couple who want to have a healthier and stronger relationship.

Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.
