The Pain
Not that we choose to experience pain, but now that it has occurred, it becomes our responsibility. Pain manifests in various forms—sometimes physical, other times emotional. It's often hard to determine which type of pain is more profound. It leaves us questioning, "Do I deserve this?" Yet, now that it has occurred, it becomes our responsibility to address it.
In a way, it feels like we do choose our pains at some point. When I say it becomes a responsibility, I mean that we are the ones who need to deal with it. It's strange how pain and hurt impact us. For some, it's the end of life; for others, it's a new beginning. Most of us remain uncertain about what to do and feel confused and clueless. The reality is, no matter what we do or how perfect we try to become, we have to choose our struggles, or struggles will choose us.
I've been ruminating on feelings of struggle, pain, and hurt. So, thought to share some views and get some other opinions that can help me see another perspective as well.
