Depending on personalities it can take milder or intense forms. Dissolving the experience of jealousy can come from varied steps. First, our will to see how it can be harmful. Second, our will to change it into alternative wellness practices. One needs to get aware at what point the given emotion is taking a toll on a dynamic ( With the self and around). Here lies the fact of interconnected humanism where comes the responsibility of planet well-being. Jealousy is an emotion which is common in each and when directing it towards inclusivity, the planet rises to a higher positive vibration. If you look deeply, jealousy is that basic emotion that can form the base for wilder events ( forms of violence at different socio-political levels). Sit with yourself today and ask what makes you feel jealous of anyone in your surrounding. What is the "lack within me" that is causing the emotion to come up? When we see the answers, what is it that I can do to tackle it in a healthy way ( A way where it is harmless to the person I feel jealous towards and me).
