Stress & Expectations
Stress is our reaction to something that we don't like that can be anything related to our daily living. We usually feel more stressed when we see that our expectations in relations don't meet and in a result of that we think a lot and our sleep and appetite get affected. We feel more stressed when our problems generate more problems and we don't live to solve things. If you want to live a life out of stress, must do these things
1. make list of priority
2. make list of problems and start solving 1 problem at 1 time and when you feel that something that you can't solve it's mean that you should stop thinking about that gradually
3. make gratitude list
4. remind yourself in mirror that you are the best whatever is around you
5. exercise, eat and sleep well
