" I want to change, I want to be more confident, I want to be proud of myself "
These are some of our inner talk , but sometimes unfortunately we don't move forward.
Today I'm trying to make you more strategic and take a real step to what makes you more satisfied with your life , but one of our default mistakes is our attempt to fix our whole life and working on each aspect of our life at the same time ( which is impossible) and this is why we frustrated and stop doing a thing.
Now after writing them try to select the most important goal you want to achieve, choose only one. Then write down how you imagine yourself after achieving this, how to do feel towards yourself afterwards .
Let's say you wanna lose weight; What is the ideal weight you want to be? How do feel when get your goal?
The next step is something I need you to keep in in your mind " Big change starts with small steps " . Think of a very tiny things that can help you to lose weight. Think of only 1% change everyday , after 365 day you will be another person. For example today I will drink a cup of water when I wake up, tomorrow I will walk 5 minutes ( adding 5 minutes more everyday means you will be able to walk for an hour in 12 days ) , and so one . It's only few simple changes that will make difference in the long term.
Finally imagine you started now , after one month how your health will be ? And imagine that you didn't start today or tomorrow or any other day , after 5 years how will be your life ?
Never give up dear .. as long as we live we change.
