How Life Coaching Changed My Life

We all face problems in our lives that we need to solve. Sometimes, we look for experts who can help us find the solutions. We are attracted by their promises of easy fixes, guaranteed results, and cutting-edge methods. We hope that by paying them and following their instructions, we can overcome our challenges and achieve our goals. This is how I got into Life coaching. And in this blog post, I want to share with you how Life coaching changed my life.

The Reality Check of Life Coaching

Let me clarify that I am talking about classic non-directive coaching, not the kind of coaching that is sold as a product or a marketing gimmick. I am talking about the kind of coaching that is based on trust, respect, and curiosity. The kind of coaching that does not tell you what to do, but asks you powerful questions that make you think.

When I started Life coaching, I had a big goal that I wanted to achieve. I was confident that it was realistic, attainable, and aligned with my values. I thought I just needed a super-plan, a new strategy, or a secret technique to make it happen. But even when my coach asked me questions that challenged my assumptions, I still expected some magic to happen. But what happened next?

As I continued Life coaching, I had amazing insights about myself and my situation. I felt inspired, motivated, and excited. I came up with new plans and ideas. But then, somewhere along the way, something unexpected happened. I realized that my goal was not as simple as I thought. I realized that I lacked some skills, resources, or support that I needed. I realized that my goal was not mine, but someone else's. And I realized that there was no magic in Life coaching, only hard work and honesty.

The Transformation of Life Coaching

This was a turning point for me. I felt disappointed, frustrated, and even angry. I felt like I wasted my time and money on Life coaching. But then, something else happened. I realized that this was the essence of Life coaching. To help me see myself, to grow up, and to take responsibility for my life. To face reality and myself in reality. To help me understand myself, accept myself, and find what to do next to make my goal achievable. To help me move from pain to power.

This was the moment when Life coaching changed my life. I stopped expecting miracles from Life coaching and started creating miracles for myself. I gained a deeper awareness of myself, greater access to my resources, a new perspective on coaching, and a renewed appreciation for this process.

The Power of Life Coaching

There is no higher power, or anything else that will change our lives just because we pay for services, choose the best expert, and arrange everything in our lives. The results that we want come when we realize who we are, what we want, and what we can do. Life coaching is a tool that helps us accelerate our journey to the results we desire. And only we are accountable for how far we go.

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

What are the benefits of a free consultation?

Who is a free consultation suitable for?

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
