How My Mental Health Journey Led Me to Explore an ESA Letter in California

I never fully understood how much my dog could contribute to my mental health until I went through a particularly difficult period.

Having him around gave me a daily routine and a sense of comfort when things felt overwhelming. Eventually, I started researching whether an emotional support animal could be appropriate for me in California.
