Some Days Anxiety Wins. Some Days I Do.

I don't think people realize how exhausting it is to look completely fine on the outside while your mind is fighting itself all day.

With anxiety, I replay conversations that ended hours ago. With depression, even replying to a text can feel like a huge task. I kept thinking I just needed to "push through it," but pretending everything was okay only made things worse.

The one thing that never judged me was my dog. On days when I couldn't explain what I was feeling to anyone, somehow just having him nearby made the silence feel less heavy. It didn't replace therapy or treatment, but it gave me comfort when I needed it most.

While trying to understand whether an emotional support animal could actually help someone like me, I came across My ESA Therapist. It answered a lot of questions I had about ESA evaluations, but more importantly, it reminded me that getting help from a licensed mental health professional is completely okay.

I'm still figuring things out, and honestly, I still have rough days. But I've stopped feeling ashamed of asking for help. If you're reading this and anxiety or depression has been quietly taking over your life, I hope you know you don't have to go through it alone.

Hi everyone, good evening! How are you all doing?
I’ve recently started creating content about mental health and psychology, and my dream is to help people deal with emotional struggles, just as I was helped when I needed it.
I’d truly appreciate your support if you could check out my first video and, if possible, share some feedback. It would mean a lot to me.
I hope you all find peace and stay strong as you face life’s challenges! ❤️

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

What are the benefits of a free consultation?

Who is a free consultation suitable for?

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
