My name is Miguel Antonio Sebastian and I am a Clinical and Pastoral Psychotherapist and Counsellor. (CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, CIT, DMN-I NST). I am the founder of the Institute for DMN and Trauma Research. Professional Member of the Institute of Counselling in the UK, accredited by the ACCPH and Glasgow Caledonian University.

I specialise in working internationally with adults who have tried therapy/medication but remain stuck with persistent symptoms and are looking for a different route forward. I specialise in early complex trauma: Addictions, ADHD, PTSD, and Anxiety but it is my goal to alleviate all psychological suffering My approach integrates compassionate insight and schema-focussed therapy with attentional and somatic training to help clients develop sustained control over these patterns and consolidate new ones.

I am the author of ‘Quantum Mechanics For Your Soul’ and the multimedia course ‘Mind & Body Training for CBT and Schema Therapy’. I am also the originator of Compassionate Insight Therapy (CIT) and DMN-Informed Neuroplastic Schema Therapy (DMN-I NST).

I help adults recover from trauma and its lasting effects on the mind, identity, and behaviour using an integrative neuropsychotherapeutic approach. Sessions available worldwide via Zoom.
