Hello, and welcome. I am a compassionate and dedicated psychologist who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and build a stronger sense of wellbeing.
In my work, I support clients who may be struggling with emotional difficulties, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, or feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed. I also have experience facilitating therapeutic groups where individuals learn practical skills for emotional regulation, communication, and personal growth.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that every person’s story is unique, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can speak openly and feel truly heard without judgment.
