Clinical Psychologist

Clinical Psychologist
I’m a UK-trained Clinical Psychologist, HCPC registered, with experience supporting adults, young people, and families through a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. My core training is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I like to draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including acceptance- and commitment-based therapies and compassion-focused approaches, tailoring therapy to each person’s individual needs, goals, and values. I work in a collaborative and client-centred way, creating a safe and supportive space where you can better understand yourself, make sense of your experiences, and develop practical tools to cope with life’s challenges. A big part of my work involves helping people reconnect with what matters to them, build self-compassion, and move towards a life that feels more meaningful and balanced. I have experience working with a range of difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, stress, parenting, and self-esteem difficulties. My aim is to empower you with strategies and insights that you can use both during therapy and beyond, so you feel more confident in looking after your mental wellbeing over the long term.
