Counselor, Drug & Alcohol Counselor, Pre-Licensed Professional and Therapist
I am a Master’s-level substance use counselor with a specialization in addiction and recovery. I work primarily with adults experiencing substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and life transitions related to recovery.
My clinical approach is collaborative and practical, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) support. I emphasize client empowerment, accountability, and building sustainable coping strategies that support long-term recovery and improved quality of life.
I have experience working with individuals facing opioid use disorder, chronic relapse, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns, and I am especially passionate about supporting men and veterans navigating recovery and personal growth.
I am currently practicing under supervision and actively pursuing licensure. My goal is to provide ethical, culturally responsive, and client-centered care in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
