(MNCPS)

Hi, I'm Candy, an integrative therapist based in London who works internationally. I employ a combination of person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. My background and experiences make me the therapist I am today. I know what it means to be an immigrant, discriminated against, and a minority. I am a creative, business owner, dance and movie lover, curious traveller, and more. I was part of the fashion world, which was an intense and demanding environment that also made me feel pressured, anxious, stressed and insecure at times.

I value the uniqueness of the individual and embrace what I don't know. I do my best to create a personalised service based around you.

My clinical work is guided by my strong interest in equality, diversity and inclusion, and I aim to create a calm and non-judgmental environment. I want to offer you a space where you can freely explore yourself. I will listen to you and help you understand your problems, thoughts, feelings, and needs, enabling you to make positive decisions in your life. We will take the time to reflect on different aspects of the problem presented and explore the present, past and present-past connection.

I will always be myself and ask you to do the same. I will never tell you what to think, do, or suggest. Yes, I will present you with ideas to explore together and on your own.

I can help you with your anxiety, unlock your creativity, and stand tall and proud by exploring your cultural identity/identity. We could understand together the reasons for your depression and what you need and want to do for your personal growth. Why certain relationships are more complex than others, how we can grow your self-esteem and self-confidence and learn the reasons behind your suicidal thoughts.

I believe you have the answer to your problems, but you need my help to facilitate the process of finding it.

Seeing you grow is the greatest satisfaction of my profession. I look forward to getting to know you and working together on your journey of self-discovery.

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

What are the benefits of a free consultation?

Who is a free consultation suitable for?

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
