Hello & Welcome to My website. I am MANUJA, I have 12 years' experience as Counselling and Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist working with individuals (adults & young people) and even groups in north Chennai.

My approach towards client as a therapist to promote positive behavior change and allowing them to accept their thoughts, feelings, emotions non judge mentally. My work with clients to make them aware of self within and to help them overcome negative thought patterns and habits. I am using effective and structured approach to couples to achieve empathetic attunement, fostering care & therapeutic bond. Solution focused, action-oriented psychotherapy to promote personal growth and enhance skill development & to achieve career goals.
