As a counselling psychologist I strive to help youngsters specifically to help them create a safe space for themselves and encouraging youngsters to come forward or open up their closed bottles for a healthy growth and mind.

A few things about me: I've completed my Masters in Psychology, and I've done a few of my internship training-courses in different places in relation with substance use disorder, postpartum, eating disorder, Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Dialectical Behavioral and Solution Focused Brief therapy. Besides these I have also earned a certificate course on Art Therapy.

Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.
