I am a masters level clinician specializing in individual, couple, and group therapy for adults. My purpose revolves around serving others, and my life's goal is to leave the world better than I found it. My expertise lies in building self-esteem, navigating life transitions, fostering authenticity, and nurturing meaningful relationships.

Through compassionate and solution-focused psychotherapy, I aim to enhance relational capacity and insight. My educational journey includes a masters in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, New York, and a bachelors degree from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, Pune. After graduation, I worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, providing support to individuals facing life's toughest moments. Additionally, my experience at Headspace particularly refined my crisis management and motivational interviewing skills, among many other learnings.

Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.
