Hello everyone!

I am a trained counselling psychologist and art therapist. I am trauma informed and queer affirmative with over 1 year of full time experience working with individuals presenting various mental health concerns.

 

I specialize in working with children, adults, teenagers as well as geriatric population. I have experience and knowledge in working with stress related issues, workplace issues, academic anxiety, career mentoring, job anxiety/ stress, family conflicts, personality disorders like BPD and HPD, trauma related concerns, Anxiety disorders, Stress disorders, suicidal and self harm risk, body related issues, marital issues and relationship issues.

 

I have formally certified and specialized in art therapy. I gained significant experience as an art therapist which has allowed me to broaden the spectrum of services i provide to my clients.

 

I follow a client centered, compassionate and eclectic approach in therapy. My role is to help my clients create a safe space for themselves. Also to manage their concerns and develop a more professional understanding of their thoughts, emotions, behaviours and concerns.

 

Lastly, as a therapist, my role would be to assist my clients facilitate personal growth and overall well being by helping them lay out a strong foundation for themselves to fall back upon.
