Art Therapist and Life Coach

Art Therapist and Life Coach

Juggling Therapy is scientifically supported to increase grey and white matter in the brain, as well as develop new neural pathways between the left and right hemispheres. It is scientifically supported to offer relief for anxiety, depression, PTSD and dementia. It can also help build self esteem and confidence. I believe that juggling NATURALLY involves EMDR and bilateral stimulation, as well as a natural movement meditation for those that have trouble sitting still for long periods.

I have been juggling for over 30 years, both in professional and personal capacities, it has improved my own quality of life , I became A manual therapist that worked with people who came to me with chronic pain and traumatic stress issues that can be held in the connective tissues until they are released. I also taught corrective exercises as self care methods to facilitate the healing process. I have dealqt with mqy own stressful traumas and as soon as i picked up my juggling props after hiatus, it helped me profoundly when i juat didn't have any other outlets at the time. I sincerely believe this therapeutic exercise can change people's lives for the better. But y1ou have to make a commitment to practice, y1ou would be wasting y1our money if you signed up and didn't practice daily, even if occasionally, you only get 5 minutes in a day, that is better than nothing. What I do is break down the steps to mere fundamentals, working at your pace, , I keep you going when you want to quit, I help you trouble shoot several days a week, so that you can maximize the effectiveness of your practice times, I observe and critique your posture and technique, in a positive but honest fashion.

If you are a therapist that wants to apply this with your clients/patients, we can talk about the best approach. Come talk to me on Instagram @avenueshealth or X (twitter) @healthavenues

If you are considering psychotherapy but do not know where to start, a free initial consultation is the perfect first step. It will allow you to explore your options, ask questions, and feel more confident about taking the first step towards your well-being.

It is a 30-minute, completely free meeting with a Mental Health specialist that does not obligate you to anything.

What are the benefits of a free consultation?

Who is a free consultation suitable for?

Important:

Potential benefits of a free initial consultation

During this first session: potential clients have the chance to learn more about you and your approach before agreeing to work together.

Offering a free consultation will help you build trust with the client. It shows them that you want to give them a chance to make sure you are the right person to help them before they move forward. Additionally, you should also be confident that you can support your clients and that the client has problems that you can help them cope with. Also, you can avoid any ethical difficult situations about charging a client for a session in which you choose not to proceed based on fit.

We've found that people are more likely to proceed with therapy after a free consultation, as it lowers the barrier to starting the process. Many people starting therapy are apprehensive about the unknown, even if they've had sessions before. Our culture associates a "risk-free" mindset with free offers, helping people feel more comfortable during the initial conversation with a specialist.

Another key advantage for Specialist

Specialists offering free initial consultations will be featured prominently in our upcoming advertising campaign, giving you greater visibility.

It's important to note that the initial consultation differs from a typical therapy session:
