Solving the Complexity of Motivation - How to process a sustainable motivation

This (my) study aims to establish a robust framework for sustaining motivation and preventing its deterioration due to recurring problems and performance-related errors. 3 Grounded in the concept of relatedness , the study proposes that long-term and resilient motivation cannot be maintained solely through individual goals or external rewards, but rather through a sense of meaningful connection with others and with the broader human context. By systematically examining the role of relatedness as a core psychological need, this research seeks to integrate the concept into applied motivational models that can be extended beyond individual performance and embedded at a societal level .
